Staying on top of your finances, bills, and accounts can prove to be a big pain. Developer MindTrust Technology came up with an application that will address said pain: the powerful yet user friendly personal finance manager and envelope budgeting software application for Windows, IntelliPenny. With the functionality offered by IntelliPenny, you will be able to efficiently manage your finances.

The IntelliPenny system requirements are so low that any modern PC and even older PCs will easily meet them. The minimum system requirements are as follows: 128MB of RAM memory or more, 20MB of free disk space, Windows operating system (anything from Windows 2000 onward).

A simple setup wizard will help you install IntelliPenny on your Windows-powered machine. When it completes its job, it will offer to launch the application. That is when you will be presented with a prompt that will invite you to choose between opening the IntelliPenny sample file or creating a new IntelliPenny data file. After that you will be presented the IntelliPenny Startup Wizard that will help you set up accounts and other necessary items.

The pane to the left makes it very easy to explore the IntelliPenny interface. The pane displays a list of the accounts, bills, reminders, and other features and functions IntelliPenny has to offer. Speaking about features and functions, here are the main ones: create a budget, view and print out a variety of reports, support for multiple account types is provided, import transactions, balance your accounts, search function to find the transaction you’re looking for, calculator, wishlist for items you want to purchase in the future, manage all your payees, password protect access to the application, and more.
